EAT HEALTHY, BE ACTIVE PHYSICALLY, LIVE LIFE HAPPY

It’s the time of the year again wherein the Philippines celebrates Nutrition Month since 1974. For this year, the theme is “Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo…. Push natin to.” This seeks people to know the importance of proper nutrition in the body. To know the benefits of a healthy eating style. To include a variety of healthy foods from all the food groups on a regular basis and many more.

The government continuously performs this activity to help the people of the Philippines, especially the students, in living and having proper nutrition. People nowadays are often to be distracted by technology. Technology now is very widely used. Through the help of technology, doing things are now way easier. But on the other hand, people now have enough reasons to be lazy. So for me, this year’s theme is very relevant for the people of today.

Nutrition is a very important factor in life. Being healthy can benefit life in many ways. If you are healthy, you can live longer. If you are healthy, you can have more physical assets. If you are healthy, you tend to make more activities. And if you make more activities, a big possibility is that you’ll be more fit.

Being healthy is very important. People think that you are already healthy if you eat fruits and vegetables. But we need to keep in mind that eating healthy and nutritious foods is as important as doing physical activities. Take a step up, be healthy, and make your life level up.
